Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or defective item
• You received the wrong item
• The item is significantly different from its description

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the handmade and luxury nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items marked as final sale or limited edition
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

• Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
• Wait for approval before sending the item back

Exchanges

Shipping Costs
